Age-Adjusted Long Acting or Extended Release Opioid Prescription Rate to Opioid Naive Residents

This indicator shows the age-adjusted rate of residents who are opioid naive in the previous 60 days per 1,000 prescribed at least one long acting/extended release (LA/ER) opioid. Opioid naive refers to patients who are not chronically receiving opioids on a daily basis.
